Cancellation and Refund Policy

Package Payment Policy :

(1) 50 % of the total package cost must be deposited as an advance in our verified accounts to confirm the package. The remaining 50 % of the package cost will be collected on arrival (First day of the Tour).

(2) In case of non-payment either advance or Remaining the company has full right to stop the services.

(3) Customers must carry the issued confirmation letter on their trip as it contains important information like confirmed hotel, Cab Details, and Service contact Numbers.

Important Note:

• Avoid travelling if you do not feel physically fit or check with your doctor before embarking for Leh Ladakh Trip.
• Please carry Identity Proofs (Driver License/Aadhaar/PAN), Passport size Photographs and at least 5 photocopies of Permits.
• Since Leh Ladakh region is a remote area, do not forget to keep extra cash, battery backups.
• Carry AMS (Acute Mountain Sickness) Relievers, Portable Oxygen Cylinders, Medical Kit, Hygiene and Cosmetic products.
• If symptoms of AMS persist, shift to a lower altitude place. You can resume your trip as soon as you feel confident to move forward.
• Appetite and digestion changes with high altitude so stay hydrated and avoid heavy meals, smoking and alcohol.
• Carry Warm, comfortable and waterproof clothes along with some summer apparels.
• Leh Ladakh faces high connectivity issues and only postpaid numbers (esp. BSNL nos.) work in this region.

Day 1 — Arrival in Leh & Acclimatization

Arrive in Leh and transfer to the hotel. Spend the day resting and acclimatizing to the high altitude. Later, if feeling comfortable, take a gentle walk around the nearby market and explore the local surroundings. Avoid strenuous activities and keep the day relaxed. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 2 — Leh Local Sightseeing

After breakfast, begin your Leh local sightseeing covering Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace,Namgyal Monastery and the famous Hall of Fame. Later, visit the local market and explore the vibrant streets of Leh. Return to the hotel by evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 3 — Leh to Nubra Valley via Khardung La

After breakfast, depart from Leh towards Nubra Valley, crossing the spectacular Khardung La Pass. Enjoy the dramatic landscapes of the Ladakh mountains as you descend into the beautiful Nubra Valley. On arrival, explore the surroundings and visit the famous sand dunes of Hunder. You may also enjoy a camel ride at your own cost. Check in to the hotel/camp. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 4 — Nubra Valley to Turtuk Excursion

After breakfast, proceed towards Turtuk, one of the northernmost villages accessible to tourists in India. Enjoy the scenic drive through the Shyok Valley and explore the unique Balti culture, traditional houses, narrow village lanes and beautiful surroundings of Turtuk. Later, return towards Nubra Valley and check in to the hotel/camp. Dinner and overnight stay in Nubra Valley.

Day 5 — Nubra Valley to Pangong Lake via Shyok River Route

After breakfast, begin your scenic journey from Nubra Valley towards Pangong Lake via the Shyok River route. Drive through the remote landscapes of Ladakh, following the Shyok River and witnessing dramatic mountains and rugged valleys along the way. On reaching Pangong, spend time beside the famous high-altitude lake and admire its changing shades of blue. Check in to the camp and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Dinner and overnight stay at Pangong Lake.

Day 6 — Pangong Lake to Leh via Chang La

After breakfast, enjoy some time around Pangong Lake before beginning the return journey to Leh. Cross the scenic Chang La Pass and continue through the beautiful mountain roads of Ladakh. Reach Leh by evening and check in to the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or explore the local market. Dinner and overnight stay in Leh.

Day 7 — Departure from Leh

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Leh Airport for your onward journey. Depart with beautiful memories of your Ladakh adventure covering Leh, Nubra Valley, Turtuk and the magnificent Pangong Lake.
